I highly recommend Better Built Mechanical. My A/C went out and my furnace was over 20 years old. Ken took the time to go over the different options I had in replacing/repairing my units and did not pressure me to make a decision that I was uncomfortable with. In the end Ken replaced both my A/C and furnace. The job that he performed was top notch, high quality and done quickly. Before moving to Parker I only worked with ARS. Thought they were great until I met Ken who ownes Better Built Mechanical. Very honest and the best part is he is locally owned company. Fair priced and very knowledgeable. You will find ARS is a rip off after working with Ken. Ken has replaced my AC and Furnace and also installed a gas garage heater for me.

Our AC stopped working and being that it was 25 years old, we figured we would be told we needed a whole new system (and we would have believed it). Ken Reeves, the owner of Better Built Mechanical came out to our house today, and my husband said Ken was so knowledgeable and explained the A/C system and it’s parts to him. We paid a grand total of $125 for a new part and the A/C works perfectly now. To find someone honest who you can trust is so important, and when the day comes that we do need a whole new system, we know who we’re calling. We cannot recommend Ken highly enough!
